Job Context
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Officer to join our Administration Department. The ideal candidate will possess sound knowledge in accounting practices, financial reporting, and administrative operations, with a strong understanding of regulatory and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance:
· Prepare and maintain Vouchers, Cash Book, Bank Book, General Ledger, and Bill Register
· Generate monthly reports, Trial Balance, payroll, and bonus calculations
· Manage all purchasing procedures and track ongoing service expenses
· Independently handle TDS, VDS, VAT payments, and return submissions
· Maintain accurate accounting records using accounting software
· Assist in audit processes, yearly report submissions, and bank reconciliations
· Perform day-to-day commercial and banking activities
Administration & HR:
· Implement company administrative policies and employment procedures
· Maintain a healthy office environment and professional employee relations
· Handle administrative issues as per company regulations and legal requirements
· Assist in maintaining HR files and managing employment documentation
· Track employee attendance, leave, and absences with proper file records
