Overview

This is a differential pressure sensor designed for accurate measurement of non-corrosive gases such as Argon, Carbon dioxide, Helium, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, and Oxygen. It offers a fast response time of 1 ms and high precision with an accuracy of ±0.75% and minimal thermal effect on span (0.01% FS/°F). The sensor operates within a pressure range of 0–30 psi and is compensated for temperatures between -18 °C and 63 °C.
