Overview

The MDM490 is a compact and rugged differential pressure transmitter optimized for accurate measurement of differential pressure in pipelines, cylinders, and tanks. It uses a diffused silicon piezoresistive sensing element with temperature compensation and aging screening to ensure reliable performance over time. Its all‑stainless steel sealed construction and laser welding provide durability and ease of installation. Suitable for a wide range of gas and liquid media, the MDM490 offers selectable electrical output options and operates effectively across typical industrial temperature conditions. It is certified to meet relevant safety and environmental standards, making it appropriate for general industrial and hazardous area applications.

  • Negative pressure measurement not allowed; positive overpressure capacity up to 2× full scale.

  • Maximum static pressure: ≤200 bar. 
  • Operating temperature range: -30℃ to 80℃.
