The Keller 900001.0002 Drying Tube Assembly is a protective maintenance accessory designed specifically for Keller vented gauge pressure transmitters and submersible level sensors. It prevents airborne moisture and condensation from traveling down the cable's internal reference capillary tube, which protects the sensitive internal electronics and reference sensor diaphragms from water damage.

Overview

Vented gauge pressure sensors use a tiny vent tube built directly into the main cable to compensate for local atmospheric pressure changes. In high-humidity environments, outdoor wells, or humid process pits, humid air enters this tube and condenses inside the sensor housing.
