Overview

The Scully Load Anywhere Overfill Prevention System offers the maximum safety in tank truck loading operations. A low cost onboard control unit for use with 5-Wire sensors. Designed to offer complete compatibility with all Scully loading rack overfill prevention controls. Whether the terminal uses optic, thermistor or even float rack controls, with the proper configuration, you can hook up and load. Scully's Load Anywhere System allows you to load Anywhere!


The Scully Load Anywhere System incorporates Dynacheck automatic and continuous self-testing circuitry. Dynacheck sends a pulsing signal throughout the entire system. All components including the controller sensors, wiring and connections are checked. If everything is working properly, the signal reports back to the controller that the system is in a "safe" condition. The entire system checks itself automatically an average of up to 30 times per second! If a sensor is wetted by product or there is an unlikely fault in the system circuitry, the signal reports back to the controller that the system is in an "unsafe" condition. The controller generates a shutdown signal and all pumps and valves are shut off, preventing a potentially hazardous spill.
