Overview

The PPM-T127H Flush Membrane Pressure Transmitter is engineered to deliver precise and stable pressure measurement in applications where traditional sensors may fail due to clogging or buildup. Its flush diaphragm design eliminates dead zones, making it particularly effective for thick fluids, solid-liquid mixtures, and media prone to crystallization or scaling.

Constructed with high-grade stainless steel materials such as 316L and 17-4PH, the device ensures durability and resistance against harsh industrial conditions. The use of laser welding technology provides a seamless and robust structure, enhancing reliability and long-term performance.

This transmitter incorporates an intelligent compensation circuit that improves measurement accuracy and minimizes errors caused by environmental factors. Its versatility allows it to be used across various industries, including chemical processing, food and beverage production, environmental protection systems, and slurry handling applications. The product is especially suitable for processes involving emulsifiers, paint systems, and pulp-based materials where clogging resistance is critical.
