ProScan® 8000 Radar Liquid Level Sensor Transmitter measures liquid levels in tanks or sumps for corrosive and non-corrosive liquids using a PTFE Teflon antenna. Accurate and reliable without re-calibration, it handles foam and vapor, offers a 10 m range, simple programming, 26 GHz radar, EX ATEX rating, and 4–20 mA loop-powered output.

Overview

ProScan® 8000 is a high-precision radar liquid level sensor transmitter designed for industrial tanks and sumps containing corrosive or non-corrosive liquids. Equipped with a PTFE Teflon antenna, it calculates liquid levels via low-energy radar pulse time-of-flight, delivering reliable, maintenance-free operation. The sensor supports foam and vapor environments, provides a 10 m measuring range, simple programming, 26 GHz radar, EX ATEX compliance, and 4–20 mA loop-powered output for versatile industrial applications.
