Non-Intrusive Ultrasonic Flow Meter – FLUXUS H721 is designed for standard volume flow measurement using clamp-on ultrasonic technology. It provides bidirectional measurement, pressure and temperature compensation, high turndown, and hazardous-area-approved transducers without requiring pipe modification or process interruption. Note: Emerson currently lists the H721 as obsolete.

Overview

The Flexim FLUXUS H721 is a non-intrusive ultrasonic flow metering system developed for accurate standard volume flow measurement. It combines advanced flow analysis with automatic fluid and interface identification, while pressure and temperature inputs enable standard-volume compensation. Temperature-compensated transducers provide stable, drift-free measurement, and bidirectional flow capability supports flexible process monitoring. The system uses rugged mounting hardware and transducers approved for ATEX/IECEx Zone 2 and FM Class I, Division 2 applications. Emerson currently identifies the H721 as an obsolete product and recommends contacting a local representative for measurement requirements.
