Overview

The Flexim PIOX R532 serves as the central transmitter and configuration interface for R500 process refractometer sensors. It can be configured directly through its keypad or via a laptop, while providing key process values such as refractive index, concentration, and density, together with diagnostic information including fluid temperature, signal amplitude, and sensor humidity. Its internal self-diagnostic functions support predictive maintenance, while the compact design and simple retrofit capability help integrate the system without supply interruption.
