PTFE Lined Butterfly Valve Series 22/23 is designed for corrosion-resistant flow isolation in aggressive chemical and industrial services. Its PTFE, PFA, or UHMWPE-lined construction provides bubble-tight bidirectional shutoff, high flow capacity, and long service life across demanding applications.

Overview

The PTFE Lined Butterfly Valve Series 22/23 combines corrosion resistance with reliable, low-torque operation. Available in wafer and lug configurations from NPS 2 to 24 (DN 50–600), it supports pressures up to 150 psi (10 bar) and temperatures from -18°C to 200°C. Body options include ductile iron, carbon steel, and stainless steel, while seat materials include PTFE, conductive PTFE, and UHMWPE. The valve provides bidirectional bubble-tight shutoff and is tested to MSS SP-61, API 598, and EN 12266-1.
