VEGAPASS 81 Bypass System

VEGAPASS 81 is a bypass system designed for continuous external level measurement when combined with VEGAFLEX guided-wave radar sensors. Its communicating standpipe maintains the same liquid level as the vessel, enabling reliable measurement without direct installation inside the vessel.

Overview

The VEGAPASS 81 provides an external measurement arrangement for challenging level applications, using a laterally mounted standpipe connected to the vessel through two process fittings. It supports a 4 m measuring range, -196 to +450°C process temperature, and 0 to 205 bar process pressure. The system can be combined with VEGAFLEX sensors for continuous level measurement and is suitable for demanding industrial process environments.
