Overview

The Flexim FLUXUS F808 SIL provides functional-safety flow measurement for liquids without penetrating or modifying the process pipe. Its SIL 2 certification covers the complete measuring system, including the transmitters and transducers, while the transducers, clamp device, and electronics are included in the FMEDA. The system supports straightforward retrofit during ongoing operation, functional testing, and self-diagnostics. An explosion-proof field device enhances suitability for hazardous environments, while optional radiation-resistant transducers extend its application to nuclear industry requirements.
