The TCSP3020 and TCSP3021 PEEK Toroidal Conductivity Sensors are rugged inductive conductivity probes designed for reliable online measurement of electrical conductivity in industrial and process applications. Constructed from high‑temperature resistant PEEK material, these sensors resist corrosion, coatings, and fouling common with contacting electrodes and deliver a broad measuring range up to 2,000,000 μS/cm. A built‑in PT1000 RTD provides temperature compensation, and models are available for use with a variety of Sensorex transmitters or remote electronics.

Overview

The Sensorex TCSP3020 and TCSP3021 sensors employ toroidal (inductive) technology to measure conductivity without direct electrical contact with the liquid, reducing issues related to coatings, corrosion, and fouling seen in traditional contacting sensors. The PEEK body allows use in aggressive environments with solvent exposure and elevated temperatures. Each sensor features integrated temperature compensation via a PT1000 RTD and connects via a 3/4″ MNPT thread for submersion installation. Two variants are offered: the TCSP3020 for use with Sensorex transmitters such as EX2000RS, TCSMA, or TCSTX, and the TCSP3021 for use with SSRE remote electronics supporting direct Modbus or 4‑20 mA outputs. Custom cable lengths are available to suit specific installation requirements.
