Overview

This pressure sensor uses a titanium diaphragm and housing (TC4 material) and is suitable for various applications requiring accurate pressure monitoring in highly corrosive or seawater conditions. It supports gauge, absolute, or sealed gauge pressure output options and offers flexibility in electrical supply configurations.

  • Housing & diaphragm material: All titanium (TC4 housing, TA1 diaphragm) for enhanced corrosion resistance. 
  • Pressure range: From negative pressure (≈ -1 bar) up to 700 bar (various configurations).

  • Available in gauge, absolute, and sealed gauge output variants. 

Electrical Performance

  • Power supply: ≤ 2.0 mA DC (supports constant current or constant voltage modes).  
  • Electrical connection options: φ0.5 mm Kovar pin or 100 mm silicon rubber flexible wires. 
  • Output behavior: Common-mode voltage ~50 % of input (typical). 
  • Input impedance: 3 kΩ – 8 kΩ (typical). 

Functional Features

  • Isolated construction for measuring diverse fluid media without interference. 
  • Can measure negative pressure down to ~-1 bar. 
  • Suitable for systems such as liquid pressure monitoring and pressure switches in corrosive environments.
