Overview

The FS-100 NanoFlow Control Module is an all-in-one flow measurement and control system developed for critical cooling water and process sampling applications. It uses ultrasonic transit-time technology to measure flow and automatically regulate it through a built-in control valve.

The system is designed for easy installation as a micro-panel unit, combining a flow meter, control interface, and electric control box. It provides real-time monitoring of flow rate, accumulated volume, and setpoint-based control. With built-in temperature compensation, the system ensures accurate readings even when fluid conditions change.

It supports communication with external systems such as PLCs or DCS via 4–20 mA analog signals and RS-485 Modbus, making it suitable for industrial automation environments where precision and reliability are essential.
