Overview

The Pyxis FS-100 ultrasonic micro flow meter is an advanced inline measurement device engineered for precise monitoring of low liquid flow rates. It operates using transit-time ultrasonic technology, where the difference in signal travel time upstream and downstream is used to calculate flow velocity with high accuracy.

Designed primarily for water-based applications, the FS-100 features a durable CPVC/UPVC liquid end and supports a wide range of industrial environments. Its integrated temperature compensation ensures consistent accuracy by minimizing the effects of fluid temperature variations. The meter provides real-time measurement, accumulated flow tracking, and programmable control based on user-defined setpoints.

With both 4–20 mA analog outputs and RS-485 Modbus digital communication, the device can easily connect to PLCs, DCS systems, and other controllers. The built-in color display offers clear visualization of flow data, while its compact design and low power consumption make it suitable for OEM systems and compact installations.
