Overview

The Pyxis RT-100 PRISM Inline Refractometer is an advanced process monitoring instrument engineered for continuous measurement of liquid concentration in industrial systems. It operates by measuring the refractive index of a sample and automatically converting it into meaningful concentration values such as sugar content (Brix), mono-ethylene glycol (MEG), mono-propylene glycol (MPG), and other fluid parameters.

This device is designed as a stand-alone unit, offering real-time data display and built-in data logging capabilities, making it suitable for a wide range of water treatment and process applications. With integrated 4–20 mA and RS-485 Modbus communication, it easily connects to PLCs, DCS systems, or other controllers for seamless automation and monitoring.

Constructed with robust 316L stainless steel and equipped with a sapphire prism, the RT-100 is built to withstand harsh industrial environments. It also features temperature compensation algorithms to ensure high accuracy across varying operating conditions. Its user-friendly interface, along with optional Bluetooth connectivity and easy installation design, makes it a reliable and efficient solution for continuous process control.
