Overview

The Pyxis RT-200 PRISM is an advanced inline refractometer that provides direct and highly accurate concentration measurement by analyzing the refractive index of process liquids. It is designed for demanding industrial environments where continuous monitoring is required, especially in high-temperature and high-pressure applications.

The device operates as a stand-alone unit with built-in display, data logging, and Bluetooth connectivity for easy configuration and monitoring. It supports industrial communication protocols such as 4–20 mA output and RS-485 Modbus, making it compatible with PLC, DCS, and other control systems.

It is widely used in industries such as food and beverage, chemical processing, and HVAC systems for glycol and sugar concentration monitoring. The instrument also includes temperature compensation algorithms to ensure accurate readings under varying process conditions.
