Overview

The HPB 65 from Müller co-ax is part of the company’s series of electro-pneumatically operated pressure control (bypass) valves. It is engineered to maintain consistent system pressure by returning excess fluid to the tank, protecting pumps and lines from overpressure while ensuring stable operation even with fluctuating flow demands. Designed for industrial use, the valve supports a broad range of liquid media, including those that are highly viscous or contain contaminants.

This valve features a flange PN 63 connection, an IP65 protection class for harsh environments, continuous duty capability, and standardized electrical interfaces (plug and M12 options). The compact and responsive design provides dependable pressure regulation with a fast settling time, suitable for machine tool coolant systems, fluid circuits with variable demand, and other automated fluid control systems. Technical configurations may be adapted based on specific media and installation requirements.
