Overview

The HPB-S 50 pressure control valve is part of the CO-AX series of pressure limitation valves intended for managing and stabilising system pressure in coolant and fluid circuits. This valve offers accurate pressure control within a specified range, helping to protect pumps and pipelines from overpressure while ensuring consistent fluid delivery. It is actuated externally and designed for use in demanding industrial environments, including metal machining and other applications involving emulsions or oils. The construction includes durable body materials and seal options to suit typical operating conditions, and the valve’s modular design can accommodate various connection and accessory options.

  • Duty cycle: ED 100 % suitable for continuous operation 

Connections and Interfaces

  • Electrical connection options: plug to DIN EN 175301-803 form A (4 positions) or M12x1 connector according to DESINA/VDMA standards

  • Valve body materials selected for contact with media to ensure durability 
  • Seal materials such as FPM and PTFE available depending on configuration 
  • Optional accessories include different connector choices and electrical interface variants
